Refund Policy

You are buying a sponsored directory position and/or a quicker review. It is an advertising fee, not a shipped product.

Minimum fee: $10 USD. Paid via Wise or wire transfer.

If we reject the listing and no sponsored placement was delivered, you may request a refund of that unused payment minus non-refundable Wise or bank fees.

After the listing is live and sponsored, fees are generally non-refundable because the rank was delivered. We may issue a goodwill refund at our discretion for a duplicate charge, a clear error, or a legal requirement.

Refunds for wires, if approved, go back to the sending account where possible and may take 5–10 business days plus bank fees.

Refunds for Wise, if approved, are sent via Wise to the original payer where Wise allows.

We may suspend the listing while a chargeback or dispute is open.
