OldRank is a website directory operated by Bitbull Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Sector 74, Mohali, India. Contact: contact@oldrank.com.

Users may browse listings and submit a website. Paid placement is advertising / sponsored ranking, not an endorsement of the website.

Submitters must be 18 or older and able to contract. You must have the right to submit the URL.

We may approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion, including for spam, malware, illegal activity, pornography or other adult content, dead links, or policy breach. We may refuse a listing without a refund if it breaks these terms.

Each approved listing has a community rank from thumbs-up votes (most votes first). Paying is optional and creates a separate sponsored rank: higher bid equals a higher sponsored position. Paid listings are labeled Sponsored. Ranking is not a quality score. You do not need an account to submit or appear in the community list. You do need an account to thumbs-up a listing or to bid for a sponsored rank. One thumbs up per account per listing. You can remove your vote.

Fees are in USD, minimum $10, paid via Wise or wire transfer to Bitbull Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. A wire listing is not sponsored until payment is confirmed. See the Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee traffic, leads, search ranking, or uninterrupted uptime.

By submitting a website you agree that it does not involve prohibited activity. The following are forbidden:

• Illegal activity of any kind, including fraud, malware, phishing, trafficking, drugs, weapons, or other crime.
• Pornography, sexual content, or other adult-related websites, including escort, cam, fetish, or similar services.
• Sexual content involving minors. This is strictly forbidden. We will remove the listing and may report it to the authorities.
• Hate, harassment, or anything that attacks our servers, including hostile text in forms.

You confirm you have the right to submit the URL, that the listing text is accurate and not infringing, and that the website is lawful to list. You grant us a licence to display the name, URL, and short description on OldRank.

To the extent allowed by law, Bitbull Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 3 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mohali / Punjab, India, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
